The athleisure brand, Gymletics, was founded in 2018 by an Ex-British Army soldier named Gold-sun. After serving as a physical instructor in the Army, Gold-sun gained invaluable insights into the significance of having the right clothing for training activities and performance maximisation. It was during his time in the military, stationed in the garrison town of Tidworth, that the idea for Gymletics was born.
